The process:
Initial Consultation - An in-person site visit to discuss your space, lifestyle, preferences and design goals. This includes a site measure-up where required.
Concept Development - Narrative-led mood boards, colour palettes, layouts and early design ideas to establish the overall direction.
Detailed Design - A fully tailored design scheme including furniture, materials, finishes, lighting and any bespoke elements.
Sourcing & Procurement - Access to high-end suppliers, trade pricing and a carefully curated selection of products designed to last.
Site Management & Installation - Coordination of suppliers, deliveries and liaison with contractors to ensure a smooth, stress-free process.
Final Styling & Walk-Through - A final visit to style the space and walk through the completed project together.
Every project is different, but as a guide:
Concept development: ~4 weeks
Design finalisation: ~4 weeks
Sourcing: ~2 weeks
Site management & installation: 4 weeks+
Most bespoke projects take approximately 4 months or more from start to finish, allowing each detail to be carefully considered and executed.
Before we begin:
Inspiration images or a Pinterest board to help communicate your style.
An idea of your functional needs (e.g. storage, layout preferences, lifestyle requirements etc).
A clear budget and priorities for the space, including any must-haves (or must-nots!).
Floor plans or basic room measurements (if available), although the site measuring service is included here if needed.
Any key deadlines or time constraints during the project.
Fee:
The initial consultation fee is £250, which includes an in-person site visit and site measure-up.
Fees for the Bespoke Interior Design service are tailored to each project, based on scope, complexity and level of project management required. A detailed design proposal will be provided following the initial consultation.
We’ll also discuss your overall project budget at this stage. While I work within a range that suits your needs, this service prioritises quality materials, craftsmanship and considered design decisions — ensuring a lasting result that feels refined, personal and built to endure.
